The graduation ceremony for officers of the Combined Arms Academy of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation was held in Moscow opposite the main building of the university on the passageway of Devichye Pole.

The ceremony was attended by Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Ground Forces, Hero of Russia, Lieutenant General Alexander Matovnikov, the command of the academy, representatives of the Federal Service of the National Guard of the Russian Federation, veterans of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.

“For two years you have been conscientiously receiving high-quality knowledge, raising your professional level. You will apply this knowledge in the further service of our Motherland in the troops. Your literacy, initiative and responsibility inspire hope that our army was and will be a powerful and reliable guardian of the interests of our state. Graduates of the Academy of different years have written many worthy pages in the history of the victories of our weapons. You are the successors of these glorious traditions! I wish you success in your service activities for the benefit of our Fatherland, ”noted Alexander Matovnikov.

More than 400 people have graduated from the academy this year. Among them are more than 200 officers of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, about 100 officers of the Federal Service of the National Guard Troops and foreign countries friendly to Russia, and adjunct graduates.

In 2021, 35 officers, including 6 foreign military personnel, graduated from the academy with honors and a medal “For excellent graduation from a military educational institution of higher education”. With honors – 132 officers, including 16 foreign servicemen.

Major Konstantin Kuteinikov, the gold medalist, addressed the alumni to those present: “We are deeply aware of our responsibility for the fate of our Motherland and are ready to fulfill our duty with maximum efficiency. On behalf of the graduates, let me thank the professors and teaching staff of the Academy, our teachers and mentors, who have passed on to us a rich combat and life experience and deep knowledge of the service. “

The training of military personnel at the academy is carried out according to 14 master’s programs and 74 programs of additional professional education. The academy trains foreign servicemen from more than 20 countries.
