During the event, the founders discussed the promising goals of the organization and ways to achieve them, the mission of the organization and the principles of further joint work.

Dmitry Chernyshenko, Deputy Prime Minister, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of ANO Digital Economy, noted: “Our main task is to strive to unite the positions of business and the state on key issues of digital economy development. Today, the mission of the organization should not be limited solely to organizing a dialogue between business and the state. The activity of ANO “Digital Economy” should have a concrete measurable result. By October 1 of this year, an updated strategy for the activities of ANO Digital Economy for 2022-2024 should be submitted to the Supervisory Board for consideration. All the key indicators that we discussed today and which we have to achieve will be taken into account there. “

The Minister of Economic Development Maxim Reshetnikov noted: “In a year and a half, the contribution of ICT to GDP has grown by 0.3% – up to 3.1%, and in order to achieve the world average of 7%, it is necessary to develop digital ecosystems with built-in regulation, which would ensure competitive conditions between Russian and foreign companies ”.

“There is a great need in the labor market for people with good digital skills. We need projects that will contribute to this, such as the Priority 2030 program for the next 10 years. In total, more than 4 million students study in the higher education system. We must make sure that each student, in addition to knowledge and skills in the subject area, receives instrumental digital competencies. That is, every graduate of a Russian university, regardless of the field of study, must have an appropriate level of digital maturity, ”said Minister of Science and Higher Education Valery Falkov.

During the day, the event participants worked in eight areas: personnel for the digital economy; digital technology, innovation and science; artificial Intelligence; Open Source & Open Architecture; EPR and regulation; industry digital transformation; information infrastructure and information security. Each group, which included the most competent representatives of business and government, formulated proposals on the goals of the organization for a three-year period, and also developed projects to achieve them.

The results of the work of the groups were presented to the supervisory board of the organization, which identified the priority directions, goals and objectives for ANO Digital Economy.

Evgeny Kovnir, General Director of ANO Digital Economy, said: “We are grateful to all the founders and partners of the organization, together with whom we managed to determine the priorities of its activities for the next three years. ANO Digital Economy will supplement the process mode of operation, which was the main one during the previous period, with the project mode of joint activities of the founders at the site of the organization. Already this year, several strong joint projects of leading digital companies will be added to the “Digital Lesson” and “Regional Digital Upgrades”, which will be able to make a significant contribution to the development of the digital economy in our country in the coming years ”.
