The situation with wildfires in the Chelyabinsk region has stabilized. To eliminate the fires, the department’s aviation was used – the Be-200, Il-76 aircraft and the Mi-8 helicopter. Additional plowing was carried out, the duty of fire and rescue units was organized. The fire in the Samara region is also localized. Work continues on the elimination of wildfires in Yakutia.

The EMERCOM of Russia is working to eliminate the consequences of flooding in the Krasnodar Territory and the Republic of Crimea. Work is underway to pump out water, dry out residential buildings and clean up areas. There are 171 people in temporary accommodation in Crimea. The department also controls the passage of the flood wave on the territory of the subjects of the Far East. More than 540 summer cottages have been flooded on the islands of Khabarovsk. In the Jewish Autonomous and Amur regions, a steady decline in water levels is observed. Reconstruction work is underway at infrastructure facilities.

Firefighting and rescue units responded to more than 6.6 thousand man-made fires, of which volunteer fire brigades were involved in extinguishing 380 of them.

When responding to more than 2 thousand road accidents, fire and rescue units rescued more than 1.4 thousand people. More than 330 people were rescued by search and rescue and rescue military units.

No accidents with tourists. In total, at the moment, the department controls the safe passage of routes by more than 860 groups with a total number of over 9.6 thousand people.

Pyrotechnic subdivisions discovered and neutralized more than 1.7 thousand explosive objects, including 18 aerial bombs.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia is under the control of ensuring the safety of the All-Russian Youth Forum “Tavrida” in the Republic of Crimea.
