Most often, students chose companies that specialize in microelectronics, robotics and optics.
Since the beginning of June, about 200 students of Moscow universities have been trained in 22 high-tech companies of the special economic zone (SEZ) Technopolis Moscow. The students got such an opportunity within the framework of the “Internships” project. This was announced by the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations Vladimir Efimov…
“Last year, over 250 students from more than 50 educational institutions of the capital sent applications for internships at SEZ enterprises. Due to the epidemiological situation and restrictive measures, the number of places was reduced to 70. This year, about 200 second and third year students of higher educational institutions underwent training at 22 SEZ enterprises. Manufacturers of microelectronics, robotics and optics are among the top preferences of students choosing a place for an internship. For many of them, the internship will be an opportunity to get their first job, ”said the deputy mayor.
Interns are accepted by representatives of all clusters of the technopolis: manufacturers of lithium-ion batteries, electric drives for industry and utilities, 3D scanners, educational equipment, as well as a pharmaceutical company.
“High-tech companies of the SEZ are interested in attracting young specialists in the field of mechatronics, robotics, production of composite materials, 3D printing, bioengineering, IT industry, nanotechnology, pharmaceuticals and a number of other actively developing areas,” – explained the head of the Moscow
Now in the technopolis 35 more vacancies for interns are open. Successful internship at SEZ enterprises can contribute to further employment.
General Director of Technopolis “Moscow” Gennady Degtev noted that seven trainees from the Moscow Power Engineering Institute have already received permanent jobs at the enterprise for the production of electronic equipment.
