Servicemen of the Military Automobile Inspectorate (VAI) of the Central Military District (CVO) from 15 regions of Russia mastered extreme driving techniques in the course of special emergency training, which ended in Yekaterinburg.

Military traffic inspectors of the Central Military District have worked out the skills to get out of non-standard road situations: to prevent collisions, rollovers and drifts at medium and high speeds. The training program was built taking into account the individual characteristics of each driver: coordination, motor skills and reaction speed. In addition, military traffic inspectors have worked out the skills of safe driving while escorting military cargo, convoys of equipment and performing special tasks. During the training period, each driver performed a set of exercises several dozen times required to get out of emergency situations on the road. Upon completion of the training, the employees of the military traffic police performed control exercises at the autodrome and passed an exam on knowledge of traffic rules.

Extreme driving classes are held once every five years to maintain a high level of professional qualifications of military traffic inspectors. They are attended by inspectors, deputies and heads of territorial military automobile inspections of the Central Military District.
