In Vladivostok, on the Day of the Russian Navy, the creative teams of the Pacific Fleet will present a festive concert program to the residents and guests of the capital of Primorye.

The naval artists will perform on a floating stage – the pontoon of a self-propelled floating crane, installed 50 meters from the Tsarevich embankment. The stage on the water will be decorated with color flags, equipped with special lighting and an LED screen, on which viewers will be able to see the live broadcast of the naval parade of ships in the Golden Horn Bay, the festive speech of the commander of the Pacific Fleet, Admiral Sergey Avakyants, and the performance of the creative teams of the fleet.

From 11 am to 5 pm local time, musical compositions and videos about the fleet will be broadcast on the LED screen.

The concert program will be opened by the performance of the vocal-instrumental ensemble “Marines of Russia”, later the artists of the song and dance ensemble of the Frontier Directorate of the FSB of Russia in the Primorsky Territory will perform in front of residents and guests of Vladivostok.

Further, after a short break, the military orchestra of the Pacific Fleet headquarters under the leadership of Captain 3rd Rank Ilya Sergeev will appear on the stage.

The concert program dedicated to the Day of the Navy and the 290th anniversary of the Pacific Fleet includes theatrical and historical compositions: “Formation of the Pacific Fleet”, “First Baptism of Fire of the Pacific Fleet. Defense of Petropavlovsk. 1854 ”,“ 115th anniversary of the formation of the Russian submarine forces ”and video-documentary-historical composition“ Pacific Fleet in the Soviet-Japanese War. Kuril Landing Operation “performed by the Song and Dance Ensemble of the Pacific Fleet and artists of the Pacific Fleet Drama Theater.

The collective under the direction of the Artistic Director-Chief of the Song and Dance Ensemble of the Pacific Fleet, Captain 3rd Rank Veniamin Tsaregorodtsev, will perform the compositions “Remember”, “City of Military Glory – Vladivostok”, “Immortal Regiment” and “Thank You, Guys.”

Late in the evening, the festive concert will adorn the defile of high-speed boats with light illumination, which will run in the Golden Horn along the ships of the front line.

At 22.00, a festive fireworks will sound in Vladivostok dedicated to the Day of the Russian Navy and the 290th anniversary of the formation of the Red Banner Pacific Fleet.

It is planned that the concert program on the Tsarevich Embankment will end one hour before midnight.
