In Dagestan, at the deployment point of the coastal forces of the Caspian Flotilla (CFL), the military personnel of the marine corps worked out maneuvers on military equipment as part of the march training.

The servicemen fulfilled the standards for the preparation of equipment, made a march to the training grounds as part of the units. Driver mechanics (drivers) improved their skills in driving cars in a convoy, passing settlements, overcoming various obstacles and minefields, deploying from a convoy to a pre-battle and battle formation, forced stops when attacking conditional sabotage groups and an air “enemy”.

The servicemen also studied the advance routes using unmanned aircraft and data from advanced reconnaissance groups. On the route of the columns, preliminary engineering reconnaissance of the area was carried out. In addition, the commanders organized the command and control of the subunits in the conditions of active operation of the electronic warfare means of the imaginary enemy.

Based on the results of combat training activities, the training goals were achieved. All subunits that made the march arrived in the designated area on time, in full strength and ready to immediately carry out tasks as intended.

In total, about 500 CFL servicemen took part in the marching training, more than 100 units of military and special equipment were involved.
