The existing pedestrian crossing will be extended in the Butyrsky district. It will pass through Dmitrovskoe highway and railway tracks and go to houses 35g – 37g on Yablochkova street. This was announced by the head of the capital Construction Department Rafik Zagrutdinov.

“In the near future, we plan to start design and survey work on a pedestrian crossing through MCD-1 in the area of ​​Yablochkova Street, 35g-37g,” explained the head of the department. “This is one of three off-street pedestrian crossings that will be built across the Dmitrovskoe highway and the MCD-1 railways.”

An open competition has now been announced in electronic format for the development of a project for a pedestrian crossing. It will ensure the safety and convenience of pedestrians when crossing the Dmitrovskoe highway and the railway tracks of the Savelovsky direction of the Moscow railway (MCC-1) near the Molodezhnaya hotel.

The new transition will be a continuation of the existing one. Now it is 40 meters long and four meters wide. After the completion of the work, the length of the crossing will be 55 meters, the width – no more than four meters. It is equipped with an elevator, staircases and overhead ramps.

In addition, it will be necessary to put in order engineering systems and cladding of external and internal surfaces.

The work is scheduled to be completed in two years.
