As a result, on the territory of the Verkhnebureinsky district in the village of Urgal, 38 residential houses of the private sector were flooded, in which 46 people live, including 12 children, 48 household plots, 5 sections of intra-village roads and 1 section of a road of regional significance.

As a result of flooding of the regional road Komsomolsk-on-Amur – Berezovy – Amgun – Chegdomyn on the Suluk-Herbit section of the Verkhnebureinsky district, a restriction was introduced on the movement of all types of transport. There is a railway connection in this direction.

As a result of an increase in the water level in the river. Bureya, the work of the ferry crossing from Chegdomyn to Sofiysk was suspended, a wooden bridge across the Urgal River was washed away. For preventive purposes, 30 people were delivered from Ust-Urgal to a temporary accommodation center in Novy Urgal, including 13 children.
