In the Ministry of Sports of Russia, under the chairmanship of Deputy Minister of Sports of Russia Odes Baysultanov, a meeting of the interdepartmental working group on the development of military-applied and service-applied sports was held.

“In the course of the work carried out, legal gaps have been identified that do not allow the development of applied sports on a systematic basis, which are important for the successful fulfillment by military personnel and persons in special service of their official duties, including for the preparation of a sports reserve,” he noted Odes Baysultanov.

The Ministry of Defense and DOSAAF of Russia presented their proposals on solving the problems of the development of applied sports.

The meeting discussed the implementation of the action plan for the development of physical culture and sports in the Russian Federation until 2030.
