The deadline for submission of applications for the Moscow Government Prize for Young Scientists was extended until September 17. It is awarded in 22 nominations in two areas. You can get the award for outstanding results in fundamental and applied research in the natural, technical and humanitarian sciences, as well as for the development and implementation of new technologies and materials that are useful to the economy and social sphere of the city.

Russian scientists from Moscow organizations can apply: graduate students, researchers, specialists conducting research, candidates of science no older than 36 years old and doctors of science up to 40 years old inclusive.

The application can be submitted individually or as part of a group of up to three people. To do this, you need to register on official website awards and indicate the necessary data in your personal account. Research nominations are nominated by Academic Councils and Councils of Young Scientists and Specialists. And in the field of development, candidates are selected by the heads of organizations.

The Moscow Government Prize has been awarded to young scientists for the ninth year in a row. At various times, promising researchers who presented developments that are vital for a modern metropolis became its laureates.
