A school for 750 students and a kindergarten for 240 children are being prepared for commissioning in the Ryazanovsky settlement. Social infrastructure facilities are being built at the expense of extra-budgetary funds and will become part of the residential complex, said the head Department of urban planning policy of the city of Moscow Sergey Levkin.
“The total area of the school building, in which there are two above-ground floors and one underground, is 24.4 thousand square meters, and the area of a two-story kindergarten exceeds 3.5 thousand square meters,” he said.
The school is designed for 30 classes. In addition to classrooms, according to Sergei Levkin, workshops, a canteen, an assembly hall, sports and medical blocks, a library and other premises will open here. In the kindergarten, in addition to group rooms with bedrooms and buffets, they will equip a hall for music lessons, a gym, as well as a medical room and a treatment room. There will be a sports area next to the school. Students will have at their disposal a playing field, treadmills, a long jump pit, basketball, volleyball and other sports grounds. It is planned to commission the facilities this year.
“After commissioning, the developer intends to transfer educational facilities to city ownership,” added Sergei Levkin.
He also spoke about the prospects for the development of social institutions in Ryazanovsky. Thus, a second kindergarten for 200 children is being built in the residential complex. It is planned to be commissioned in 2022. In addition, specialists are designing a kindergarten for 325 children and a school for 750 children.
Formerly Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Urban Development Policy and Construction Andrey Bochkarev said that about 40 percent of social facilities in Moscow are being built at the expense of investors.
“The principle of integrated development of all districts and districts, without exception, is being implemented in Moscow. Investors are taking an active part in this: they are building not only housing, but also social infrastructure facilities, ”said Andrei Bochkarev.
In total, it is planned to build 8.5 million square meters of real estate in the capital in 2021.
