At the branch of the Military Academy of Logistics
in Omsk, at the Department of Evacuation and Driving of Military Tracked and Wheeled Vehicles, a practical lesson was held on overcoming water obstacles and driving afloat.

Overcoming a water hazard is allowed only after careful
its reconnaissance, equipment for crossings and the organization of a well-functioning rescue and evacuation service.

Before the start of the lesson, the cadets were shown the practical actions of the rescue and evacuation group in the event of an emergency stop of the car afloat. The main training site was the training ground for driving combat vehicles, where the trainees worked out the “Driving afloat” exercise. Here, the cadets were required to apply and show all the acquired knowledge, abilities and skills in practice.

During the lessons, the cadets worked well-coordinated actions
as part of the crew during the preparation of combat vehicles to overcome the water obstacle, showed moral and physical endurance and readiness
to fulfill the assigned tasks
