In the water area of ​​the Sevastopol Bay, as part of the festive events dedicated to the Day of the Russian Navy, the formation of the parade formation of the Black Sea Fleet (Black Sea Fleet) ships began.

The ceremonial barrels will be moored: the sea minesweeper “Ivan Antonov”, the small missile ship “Orekhovo-Zuevo”, the large landing ship “Azov”, the patrol ship “Pytlivy”, the frigate “Admiral Essen”, the flagship of the fleet, the guards missile cruiser “Moscow”, a patrol patrol ship from the border department of the FSB of Russia, the rescue ship “Communa”, and the submarine “Veliky Novgorod” will lead the parade line of ships.

On July 25, the commander of the Black Sea Fleet, Admiral Igor Osipov, will bypass the parade line of ships and congratulate the personnel on the Day of the Russian Navy.

After making a round and congratulating the crews of the ships, the fleet commander will board the guards order of Nakhimov missile cruiser “Moskva” from which he will inspect the naval forces and aviation of the fleet as they pass and fly over the water area of ​​the Sevastopol Bay.

In order to limit the spread of coronavirus infection during the preparation and holding of the Day of the Russian Navy in Sevastopol, the organizers of the festive events provide for a number of preventive measures and barrier restrictions. Together with state authorities, residents and guests of the city were notified about the shortened program of festive events and the cancellation of all public events, including a concert, festive fireworks and fireworks.

The passage of ships and the flight of aircraft will be completed within 15 minutes and will take place without demonstrating combat capabilities and performing missile, artillery firing and other combat exercises.

Also, representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia will organize a check for the availability of individual medical protective equipment – masks and gloves.

At the same time, all participants in the Naval Parade were vaccinated against coronavirus infection in advance.
