First Deputy Prime Minister Andrei Belousov held a meeting with business representatives in the field of digital technologies, to whom the concept of a new digital SME platform was presented.

With the participation of the Ministry of Economic Development, the SME Corporation, the Ministry of Digital Industry, the Bank of Russia, the Federal Tax Service and business communities, we discussed key digital platform services that will help entrepreneurs proactively and in one place to receive the necessary support measures for starting, running and developing a business.

Business representatives noted that when launching the platform, it is necessary to ensure the flexibility of the system and the ability to collect information about the user already on the first day of his registration on the platform. This will allow proactively offering him business support at all stages of its development.

Following the meeting, Andrei Belousov emphasized the importance of implementing a pilot project to test the services offered and confirm their relevance to business. He also instructed to further develop a mechanism for transferring and processing data between state information systems and a digital platform. Business representatives shared their experience of consolidating big data in their projects and supported the creation of a single platform for SMEs.

Earlier, by order of the Prime Minister of Russia Mikhail Mishustin, the SME Corporation established a working group, which included experts from the largest digital platforms YouDo, Yandex, Tinkoff, Ozon, and others. Within the framework of the working group, the SME Corporation worked out the concept of the platform and verified the approaches underlying it to architecture and custom functions.
