On the basis of the regional headquarters of the Youth Army in the Kamchatka Territory, an elective course for the School of Young Correspondents opens.

Children of pre-conscription age have a unique opportunity to plunge into the world of military journalism, visit the editorial office of a military newspaper, communicate with professional military journalists, write their own articles and possibly decide on their future profession.

The School for Young Journalists is part of the Yunarmiya House project of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation to educate the younger generation and is implemented on the basis of DOSAAF with the support of the Government of the Russian Federation.

The curator of the project for the training of young journalists in the Kamchatka Territory is the journalistic activist of the newspaper Voysk and forces in the North-East of Russia “Tikhookeanskaya vakhta”. Classes are planned to be held at the training base of DOSAAF and the Yunarmiya free of charge.
