254 apiaries and 7,227 bee families are officially registered in the Altai Republic.

Earlier, the Minister of Agriculture of the region, Andrei Tsygulev, told TASS that the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia to the Republic of Altai in 2021 brought the planned export of agricultural products in the amount of $ 11 million.
