Center for career development of the innovation and educational complex “Technograd” July 22 launches a new free course “Start your career as a remote accountant.” It will become part of the project “Mom online”… Classes will be held remotely.

Young mothers who already have an education in accounting will learn the peculiarities of outsourcing remote work, learn how to draw up a service contract, form the cost of their services, and also master the skills of communicating with the customer. At the end of the training, they will be able to take part in the competition for open vacancies in the direction of “outsourced accountant”.

The course consists of six webinars, each one hour in duration, broadcasted on the online platform of the innovative educational complex “Technograd”, Subordinate to the Moscow Department of Entrepreneurship and Innovative Development.

“The city project“ Mama Online ”was launched in April 2020. Since its launch, more than 20,000 women have joined it. They are mastering new professions and gaining useful skills in areas where Moscow is experiencing a shortage of personnel. The courses help the participants not only develop “soft” skills (soft skills, or skills closely related to the personal qualities of the employee), but also acquire a new specialty, improve existing knowledge in order to continue their career after a break in work, ”said the head

Classes will be taught by practicing experts in audit and accounting with many years of experience.

At the first webinar, which will take place on July 22, the listeners will learn how the work of an on-staff accountant differs from that of outsourcing. They will discover the secrets of motivation and increase personal efficiency, and will be presented with an action plan for self-development in this direction.

The second lesson will take place on July 23rd. It will be dedicated to remote work. Women will be told about its pros and cons, as well as what software and hardware will be required to complete the tasks. Experts will explain how to properly formalize an employment relationship with an employer.

The third webinar, which will be held on July 26, will focus on the key competencies of a modern accountant. Classes will be devoted to soft skills. The lecturers will discuss how the “soft” skills associated with the personal qualities of a professional can influence his communication with customers. These include the ability to competently manage your time, emotions, ways of working with a large amount of information, and others.

The participants of the course will study the basics of communication with the client and employees on remote work in the fourth lesson. It will take place on July 27th. Also, lecturers will pay attention to important points in the agreement on the provision of accounting services.

At the fifth webinar, listeners will learn how to form the cost of accounting services. It will focus on its key components and pricing. The lesson will take place on July 28th.

The final, sixth, online lesson will dive into the basics of company branding. Using a practical example, experts will analyze how a brand affects the work of an accountant and his personal motivation. After completing the course, its participants will receive certificates. The city project “Mom Online” is focused on Muscovites who are raising children. Most of its participants are young mothers with higher education and work experience. Courses and trainings give them the opportunity to learn, develop and acquire new skills.
