At the Tesnitskoye training ground of the Tula Guards Airborne Force of the Airborne Forces, competitions are being held for the right to wear the Airborne Forces badge “Win and Survive” by servicemen. More than 3 thousand servicemen from units of the formation take part in the competition stages.

In the course of fire training classes, they performed practical shooting from standard weapons for accuracy from various positions.

Currently, the contestants fulfill the standards for physical training. Also, paratroopers make parachute jumps, participate in marches for 5 and 1 km in full gear with weapons.

In addition, they will have to compete in orienteering, pull themselves up on the crossbar and overcome the 100-meter distance at speed. The servicemen will pass the tests in throwing a grenade at a distance, and at the end they will fight according to the rules of army hand-to-hand combat alternately with several rivals.

The results of the competition will be determined upon completion of all stages of the competition. The winners will then receive the Victory and Survive Airborne Troops insignia, which they will proudly wear on their uniforms.

These competitions in the Airborne Forces are held regularly. In them, the paratroopers need to show the desire for victory and a strong military spirit.
