At the Opuk interspecific training ground in the Republic of Crimea, the field exit of engineering units of the army corps of the Black Sea Fleet began.

The field exit takes place in accordance with the plan of combat training and daily activities of the forces (troops) of the fleet for the summer training period.

In the course of field exercises, military personnel are trained in engineering reconnaissance, installation of engineering barriers, anti-amphibious training, as well as in equipping the positions of subunits that ensure the landing of amphibious assault forces.

Military engineers improve their skills in fortification equipment of positions, comply with the standards for the equipment of trenches, trenches, caponiers and command posts, for demining the terrain and in detonating detected explosives in various ways.

In total, more than 500 servicemen and about 60 units of military and special equipment are involved in the camp gathering.
