Trees and bushes will be planted around the house, lawns will be laid out. Children’s playgrounds and sports grounds, as well as recreation areas will be placed. The building permit is valid until December 2022.

The renovation program was approved in 2017. It is planned to transfer 300 houses for settlement in five years. The pace and volume of construction will grow. Annually they plan to rent at least 1.5 million square meters of housing.
