The renovation program in Solntsevo included 43 houses.
“Renovation has come to Solntsevo. The first house was built under the renovation program. I hope that the residents of most of the houses will move quickly enough due to the fact that many launch sites have been identified. But construction will also be carried out on the site of the houses to be settled, ”the Moscow Mayor said.
According to Aleksey Dobashin, the general director of the Krost concern, the building was built taking into account the wishes of those who move here. “Almost 90 percent have already agreed to move, this speaks of the quality of construction,” he said.
Sergei Sobyanin talked to the families who will move to a new house and handed them the keys to their apartments.
In Solntsevo, 43 houses were included in the renovation program. Five launch sites have been identified in the area with a total capacity of 159.2 thousand square meters of housing. The settlement of the house on Shchorsa Street has already begun, construction, design or development of urban planning documentation is underway at the other four launch sites.
New building on Shchorsa street
A 24-storey two-section monolithic building with underground parking was built according to an individual project. The facades were finished with black, white and dark gray porcelain stoneware hinged panels with brown inserts. They were equipped with metal baskets for air conditioners. Loggias and balconies are glazed.
The new building is designed for 258 apartments (46 one-room, 177 two-room, 35 three-room), their total area is 14.6 thousand square meters. Each apartment has an improved finish according to the renovation program standard, which was approved by a decree of the Moscow Government. The house has created comfortable conditions for people with limited mobility.
The new building has an underground parking for 124 cars, you can go down there by elevators from any floor. Residents of the house can purchase parking spaces with a 40 percent discount. Unsold places will be offered to residents of the area.
On the non-residential ground floor there are technical premises and offices. The new building is equipped with metering devices for cold and hot water supply, heat supply and electricity with the possibility of automatic data transmission to city information systems. This will significantly reduce the cost of house maintenance and utility bills. In addition, the house has modern automatic video surveillance and fire alarm systems.
The adjacent territory was landscaped, a children’s and sports grounds were equipped in the courtyard.
A 20-minute walk from the new building is the metro station “Solntsevo”. You can also get there by bus. In addition, a consultation and diagnostic center, schools, kindergartens, shops and consumer services are located not far from the house.
180 families from three houses
Since July 1, 180 families are moving into the new building – 523 residents of neighboring houses located in Borovsky Proezd. These are houses 1, 3 and 5, built in the 1960s. After resettlement, these buildings will be dismantled, and a new building will appear in their place to organize the second wave of resettlement under the renovation program (the launch site is located at Borovskiy proezd, possession 1).
The Resettlement Information Center, where future new settlers receive the necessary assistance, is located on the first floor of the newly built house. Now 150 families (83 percent) have agreed to resettlement, the rest are in the process of choosing a new housing.
Among the first newcomers to the house were teacher Irina Elmanova and her 19-year-old daughter. In the near future, they should move from a two-room apartment with an area of 44.6 square meters on the fifth floor of the house to be settled (Borovskiy proezd, building 1) into a new two-room apartment with a total area of 57 square meters on the 19th floor.
Another family of new settlers is Pavel Nikotin and Elvira Kukushkina with two sons. They will move from a two-room apartment with an area of 44.6 square meters on the second floor (Borovskiy proezd, building 3) to a new two-room apartment with a total area of 57.6 square meters on the seventh floor.
The renovation program was approved in 2017, with about a million Muscovites participating. It provides for the resettlement of 5175 houses – this is about 350 thousand apartments with a total area of 16.4 million square meters. The first new settlers moved into new homes in February 2018.
The resettlement of residents of 290 old houses in 107 new buildings is underway or completed. A total of 43.9 thousand Muscovites are moving, of which 34.7 thousand people have already moved to new apartments.
To help program participants, information centers are opened, where you can get advice from representatives City Property Department, Moscow Residential Development Fund, prefecture, management company, general contractor and others.
For the implementation of the program, 513 launch sites were selected, on which it will be possible to build 8.1 million square meters of housing. The sites are located in all districts of the city as close as possible to the five-story buildings included in the program.
Already built 128 houses with a total area of 1.7 million square meters. The design and construction of 305 houses with a total area of 5.3 million square meters is also underway.
Polyclinic on Solntsevsky Prospect
In addition to the house built under the renovation program, Sergei Sobyanin inspected the district’s social facilities. So, at present, the reconstruction of branch No. 194 of the city polyclinic No. 212 is underway. It is planned that it will open for patients in September, said the head physician Andrei Smirnov.
“Everything here will meet the new requirements. Huge offices, new equipment, ergonomic furniture. There will be a luxurious medical rehabilitation department here: a stabilization platform and leg trainers have been brought here, ”he specified.
The four-storey building of a medical institution on Solntsevsky Prospect (building 8) was built in 1987. Its area is 3.3 thousand square meters. The complex reconstruction of the polyclinic began in July last year. In the course of the work, the building will be almost completely rebuilt: a new facade will be equipped, utilities, internal partitions, elevators, door and window blocks will be replaced, and the premises will be finished. The adjacent territory will be landscaped and landscaped.
“We are implementing a program for the reconstruction of polyclinics, and it is really yielding results,” said the Moscow Mayor.
Ice arena “Solntsevo”
In June, the construction of an ice palace was completed on Aviator Street. The project was implemented at the expense of the investor.
The new sports complex is designed to organize hockey and figure skating classes. In addition to ice training, the guys will be engaged in general physical fitness, gymnastics and choreography.
In a two-storey building with a total area of over six thousand square meters, two ice arenas were equipped – a large 58 by 28 meters and a small 30 by 15 meters, a universal sports, choreographic and game halls, as well as a hockey center. In addition, there are changing rooms, utility and technical rooms, and a cafe. The building facades are finished with perforated panels with LED backlighting, on which images of hockey players are applied.
“The residents have a very great interest in this object and it makes us happy that it was possible to do this and create it with the help of the city. Moscow, of course, supported us in the implementation of this project,” said Kirill Khmaruk, Managing Director of the Solntsevo Ice Palace.
He also spoke about his readiness to start building a tennis academy on the site next to the ice palace. To do this, it is necessary to coordinate a number of property and land issues with the city. Sergei Sobyanin instructed the investor to consider this proposal.
“In general, now a lot of playgrounds have been allocated for sports facilities. By and large, if earlier it was very difficult to get out of the bidding – they extended the terms of their holding three or four times, but now almost all plots are leaving at once, – the Mayor of Moscow emphasized. “There are practically no sites that would remain unclaimed by investors, despite the pandemic, despite the economic difficulties, there is still interest in such facilities.”
The new ice palace will host competitions and trainings for students of city sports schools. Anyone can also visit the new sports complex: they will be able to rent a hall or a skating rink for personal use, for example, for individual classes or for a holiday.
The Solntsevo ice arena will become a new point of attraction for sports fans – residents of the region of the same name and the western part of the city.
