The whole life and work biography of Vladimir Alekseevich Surovtsev is a vivid example of hard work and dedication. After graduating from school, he went to serve in the army, and in 1969 he entered the Vladimir special secondary school for training the commanding staff of the USSR Ministry of Internal Affairs, after which, in 1971, he began his career in the penal system. And since then he continues to work in the UIS. Vladimir Alekseevich Surovtsev rose from the head of the operational part of the institution to the head of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in the Oryol Region.
For many years of conscientious service, Vladimir Alekseevich was awarded 21 departmental medals, by decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 627 dated May 14, 2007, he was awarded the Order of Honor.
Having extensive life experience, experience in educational work, being the chairman of the Council of Veterans, Vladimir Alekseevich proves himself to be a highly professional, initiative leader with good organizational skills. The wisdom of life acquired over the years, civic responsibility for the task entrusted to him, help Vladimir Alekseevich to realize all his plans.
