In the first six months of this year, the city offered 313 non-residential premises for business in 10 districts at an electronic auction for the lease, said the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations Vladimir Efimov…
“Since the beginning of the year, the city has sold 313 non-residential premises with a total area of about 79.5 thousand square meters at auction for rent. The total amount of lease payments for the objects sold at the auction in the first half of the year amounted to almost 900 million rubles. In the premises rented from the city, entrepreneurs will be able to open trade, catering facilities or place any commercial organization, depending on the functional purpose of the building.
More than half of the objects sold at the auction are located in five districts of Moscow. Most of all (45) are located in the south-west of the capital, another 39 in the south, 27 in the east, 25 in the southeast and another 24 premises in the Northern Administrative District.
