“Over the nine years of this program, 32 architectural monuments have been sold at the city auction: 20 of them have already been restored, the rest are underway. These objects have already been sold at auction within the framework of the program “1 ruble per 1 square meter” in 2018 and 2019, respectively, but later investors were forced to terminate the lease agreements for financial reasons. These lots will be traded again.

The first object is a one-storey building with an area of ​​171.4 square meters. This is a carriage shed, the oldest part of the Lepekhins’ estate. It is located at the address: Andronievskaya square, house 4, building 3, not far from the Rimskaya metro station. In the neighborhood there is an already renovated outbuilding of the estate. Applications for participation in the auction will be accepted until July 30, the auction will take place on August 6.

The second object is the building of the main house of the former Fryanovskaya wool spinning manufactory G.V. and M.V. Pledges of the 18th – 19th centuries. Its area is 1007.4 square meters. The building is located at the address: Vorontsovskaya street, 19a, building 2 near the metro station “Marksistskaya”. The bidding campaign for this lot will run until August 6, the auction is scheduled for August 13.
