For the first time, the Russian peacekeeping contingent took part in a targeted humanitarian action in the city of Stepanakert of Nagorno-Karabakh to transfer essential items and food sets to people with disabilities.

During the first visit, Russian peacekeepers donated about 400 kg of food packages to the Society of the Deaf.

I really want you to come to us more often, communicate and get acquainted with the problems of the society of the deaf and various issues. Thank you very much, ”Bella Grigoryan, Chairperson of the Society for the Deaf in Nagorno-Karabakh, said with the translator.

Until the end of July this year. it is planned to provide 2 more targeted assistance to about 100 families with relatives suffering from varying degrees of hearing impairment and to transfer about 1,200 kg of food sets.
