Moscow city

Comrades sailors and soldiers, foremen and sergeants, warrant officers, warrant officers and officers!

Dear workers of shipbuilding, ship repair enterprises, military units, scientific organizations and enterprises of the military-industrial complex!

Dear veterans!

The Day of the Navy is celebrated in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation on July 25, 2021.

Its history is a chronicle of the glory of Russia. From the moment of its creation to the present day, the Navy remains a symbol of the power of the state, a reliable protector of its national interests in the World Ocean.

Exceptional courage, valor and courage at all times have been inherent in our sailors. Their massive heroism during the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945 became truly legendary – selflessly fighting at sea and on land, they gave their lives for the freedom and independence of a great country and its people.

Today, as before, the personnel of the Navy are on duty with dignity, carry out all the assigned tasks, make a significant contribution to strengthening the country’s security and increasing its international prestige.

Dear comrades! Happy Holidays to everyone and thank you for your dedicated service! I wish you good health, prosperity, new successes and achievements for the good of the Fatherland!

In commemoration of the Day of the Navy, I ORDER:

To the Commander-in-Chief of the Navy, to conduct the Main Naval Parade in the city of St. Petersburg, parades of warships in the cities of Baltiysk, Vladivostok, Kaspiysk, Sevastopol, Severomorsk, on the territory of the base of the Navy in the port of Tartus (Syrian Arab Republic).
