In the branch of the All-Russian Scientific Center of the Navy “Naval Academy” (Kaliningrad), a grand opening of a historical exposition took place, dedicated to the exploits of officers and soldiers of the 732th rifle regiment that stormed the city of Koenigsberg.

The event was attended by representatives of the command of the branch, the faculty of the branch, the veteran of the Great Patriotic War Rukosuev Rostislav Nikolaevich, as well as the personnel of the Naval Academy.

With parting words to the cadets of the branch, the deputy head of the branch of the All-Russian Scientific Center of the Navy “Naval Academy” (Kaliningrad) Captain 1st Rank Yuri Gorin and veteran of the Great Patriotic War Rostislav Rukosuev. They wished the younger generation to proudly continue the glorious martial traditions of their predecessors.

The opening of the historical exposition is associated with participation in the All-Russian action “The Roads of Victory”.

Also, in addition to the solemn event, the branch club hosted a festive concert dedicated to the Day of the Navy.

Preparations for the event were carried out in strict compliance with the command of the branch of a set of measures to counter the threat of the spread of coronavirus infection, aimed at preserving the life and health of military personnel, civilian personnel and their families.

100 percent of cadets and teaching staff were vaccinated in advance with two components of Gam-Covid-Vak.

In all premises of the branch, preventive measures are carried out on an ongoing basis to prevent the introduction and spread of infectious diseases, including the organization of incoming control with body thermometry, daily disinfection and sanitization of all premises, objects and territory.
