The fish processing complex “Yasny” on the Iturup Island is a settlement-forming complex for the Kitovoye village. The production capacity of the enterprise is 500 tons of finished products per day. The assortment of finished products includes pink salmon, frozen chum salmon, frozen salmon caviar, salted salmon caviar. Refrigerating capacities – 3500 tons of one-time storage. The number of employees is 600 people.

The enterprise has a deep-water berth that can handle vessels with a displacement of up to 7 thousand tons. The berth is 80 m long, and the depth is up to 7.5 m.

In 2020, a fertilizer plant was launched as part of the complex. The processing capacity is 150 tons of raw material per day, which makes it possible to obtain about 30 tons of finished products (fish meal, or fat), as well as about 17 tons of fish oil from red fish and pollock.
