For the first six months of 2021 at portal suppliers, transactions were concluded for the purchase of goods, works and services in the amount of 36.5 billion rubles. This is one and a half times more than in the first half of 2020 and more than three times higher than the same indicator of 2019. This was announced by the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations Vladimir Efimov.
“From January to June 2021, 265.7 thousand small-volume transactions in the amount of 36.5 billion rubles were concluded on the supplier portal. For comparison: in the same period last year, 222.1 thousand transactions worth 24.2 billion rubles were concluded on the marketplace. In the first half of 2019, the figure was more than three times lower – 11.2 billion rubles. These results were achieved thanks to the development of the service, which every year is used by an increasing number of suppliers and customers, ”said the Deputy Mayor.
Now 230.1 thousand suppliers and 49.7 thousand customers are registered on the resource. For the first half of 2021, the increase amounted to 23.8 thousand suppliers and 2.2 thousand customers.
“This ratio in terms of the number of registered suppliers and customers made it possible to obtain savings in the course of tenders in the amount of 3.4 billion rubles. In total, customers from 37 regions of the country are represented on the supplier portal. On average, seven suppliers fought for the right to conclude one deal this year, ”added the head
Traditionally, the largest number of purchases belongs to such categories as “Medical goods”, “Construction goods”, “Household goods”, “Educational services”. Also, the category “Information and technological communications, electronics, software” was included in the top 5 procurement directions this year.

More than a thousand contracts are concluded on the portal every day, and the average price reduction during quotation sessions is 13.5 percent. The development of the portal is supervised by the Moscow Department of Information Technologies; the functional customer is the Moscow City Department for Competition Policy.
