More than 150 graduates from various higher military schools joined the officer corps of the Central Military District in July.

Young officers arrived in the Central Military District to fill the primary positions of chiefs of calculation stations, commanders of motorized rifle subunits and communications platoons.

To adapt young officers to new places for further service in the Central Military District, the command identified and appointed mentors from among officers with advanced and combat experience.

The Central Military District is deployed on the territory of three federal districts and 29 constituent entities of the Russian Federation. The district structurally includes a number of foreign objects: the 201st military base on the territory of Tajikistan, the united military base in Kyrgyzstan, as well as units on the territory of Kazakhstan.
