About 300 families have already received new housing in Troitsky and Novomoskovsky districts.

Five new buildings will be handed over for occupancy by the end of the year in the 24th quarter of the Mosrentgen settlement. Residents of 18 houses of the Novomoskovsk district will move to new apartments, said the head of the capital Department of Urban Development Policy Sergey Levkin.

“It is expected that in the near future 770 families living in the settlements of Sosenskoye and Mosrentgen may begin to move,” he said.

According to the head of the Department, since the start of implementation renovation programs about 300 families received new housing in the Troitsky and Novomoskovsky districts. “To date, 15 old houses have been completely resettled on the territory of the Troitsky and Novomoskovsky administrative areas, 12 of which have been demolished,” added Sergei Levkin.

In total, in the new districts of the city of Moscow, the renovation program included 251 houses, where more than 22 thousand people live. 13 launch sites have been selected for the construction of new housing.

The renovation program was approved in the capital in August 2017. It provides for the resettlement of 5175 houses and concerns about one million Muscovites. To implement the program, 513 launch sites have been selected today.
