20 delegations of foreign navies, which visited the Main Naval Parade in St. Petersburg and Kronstadt, examined the exposition of the Central Naval Museum named after Emperor Peter the Great. The visit to the museum took place within the framework of the delegates’ meeting with the Commander-in-Chief of the Russian Navy, Admiral Nikolai Evmenov. The guides took the foreign guests through the halls of the museum.

The heads of the delegations thanked the Commander-in-Chief of the Navy for the opportunity to attend the parade, which this year is dedicated to the 325th anniversary of the founding of the Russian fleet, and expressed their desire to be guests of the Main Naval Parade every year. Also, representatives of foreign navies highlighted the high level of organization of the parade, skill and professionalism of Russian naval sailors.

During the meetings that took place on the same day, Admiral Nikolai Yevmenov discussed with representatives of foreign navies issues of further strengthening naval cooperation and mutual understanding in the interests of stability and security in the World Ocean.

The Commander-in-Chief of the Russian Navy thanked the heads of the delegations for attending the parade, and also expressed gratitude to the delegations of the Iranian, Indian and Pakistani navies for the participation of the ships of these countries in the ceremonial passage of the parade on the Kronstadt roadstead.
