The winner of the competition was Anna Ushakova, a veterinarian at the Animal Disease Control Station of the SEAD.

On July 27, the final stage of the Moscow Masters competition among veterinarians and veterinary experts took place. The jury members chose the winner, and also noted the participants in individual nominations. The final was held at the Moscow State Academy of Veterinary Medicine and Biotechnology named after K.I. Scriabin.

Earlier in the semifinals, 13 doctors and 12 veterinary experts competed for the title of the best specialist. Three leaders were identified by the highest number of points. In the final, Anna Ushakova, veterinarian of the Animal Disease Control Station of the South-Eastern Administrative District, and two veterinary medical experts of the Central Administrative District and the North-West Administrative District, Anastasia Novozhilova and Olga Bereznyak, met.

For the final, we chose the “Own Game” format: specialists answered questions from different areas of veterinary medicine. The winner of the competition was Anna Ushakova, who gave the largest number of correct answers.

In addition to the main winner, the jury noted several more participants. Irina Shirokova, a veterinarian of the Station for the Fight against Diseases of the HLW, was awarded in the nomination “The Youngest Participant of the Competition”. Anastasia Novozhilova, veterinarian of the Station for the Fight against Animal Diseases of the Central Administrative District, became the best young specialist of the state veterinary service of the city of Moscow. The veterinarian of the Animal Disease Control Station of JSC Anna Smirnova received a commemorative prize “For loyalty to the chosen profession”, and the doctor of the veterinary department “Klenovo” Daria Stepanova – “For the continuation of the labor dynasty.”
