He specified that 15 land plots this year were sold at auctions for individual housing construction, including four for rent, and another 11 for sale. Investors were able to rent 25 land plots for commercial development, 18 for the placement of sports and recreation centers, and three for flat parking.

Most of the plots were offered for lease in the west of Moscow – 10, eight more – in Troitsky and Novomoskovsky districts, five objects each – in the east, north-west and Zelenograd, four each – in the South-East and South-West districts, three plots – in the north-east and south, two – in the north and one in the city center. In addition, seven plots could be purchased for individual housing construction in the Troitsky and Novomoskovsky districts, as well as four in the east of the capital.
