The executive director of the Arkhangelsk regional public charitable organization “Rassvet” Maxim Rakov and the general director of the utility agency “Jack of all trades” Igor Gubinskikh, within the framework of the project “Be_Skilled: Development of Professional Education in Prison”, met with convicts and talked with them about the importance of working professions …

During the event, the convicts were told in detail about the vacancies that were posted on the agency’s website. The emphasis was placed on those professions that can be learned in prisons. The convicts inquired about working conditions and salaries in various specialties, as well as social guarantees. Together with those present, Igor Gubinskikh analyzed possible mistakes when communicating with the employer using examples.

Recall that within the framework of the project “Be_Skilled: development of vocational education in prisons”, partners of which are representatives of AROBO “Rassvet” and employees of educational institution No. 2 of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia, classes, trainings and professional skills contests among convicts are held in IK-7. In the near future, it is planned to improve the material base for mastering the specialty of a car mechanic.
