The servicemen of the motorized rifle unit of the combined-arms formation of the Central Military District (CVO), stationed in the Kemerovo Region, were taught to drive heavily armored vehicles.

During the events, the servicemen made a march with a length of more than 10 km in a forest-steppe area. On the route, drivers-mechanics of T-72B3 tanks, BMP-2 infantry fighting vehicles overcame natural and artificial obstacles, such as an anti-tank ditch, a track bridge, a passage in a minefield, ascents, descents, stone rubble and other obstacles.

In addition, the servicemen practiced maneuvering techniques in high-speed sections, turns and turns of varying difficulty.

About 300 servicemen of the formation and over 30 units of military equipment were involved in the exercise of driving combat vehicles.

The combined arms formation of the Central Military District is deployed in the Novosibirsk, Kemerovo, Omsk, Tyumen, Irkutsk regions, Altai Territory and the Republic of Tyva. It includes motorized rifle, artillery and anti-aircraft missile formations, RChBZ and communications troops.
