Six launch sites have been selected to implement the renovation program in the area. Three houses have already been commissioned, three more are at the design and construction stage.
More than 80 families this year received new apartments under the renovation program in the Timiryazevsky district. For resettlement, residents were transferred three new buildings.

The resettlement of residents began in the fall of 2020. The first apartments were offered to residents of house 9, building 2 on Vsevolod Vishnevsky street.
“In April and May of this year, residents of three more houses (Dmitrovskoe highway, building 55, buildings 1 and 2 and Vsevolod Vishnevsky street, building 11) received offers of equivalent apartments,” added Sergei Levkin.
In total, 44 residential buildings are included in the renovation program in the Timiryazevsky district. Six launch sites were selected for the implementation of the program. Three houses have already been put into operation, three more objects are at the design and construction stage. In addition to new housing, there will be additional social facilities, landscaping will be performed.
The renovation program was approved in August 2017. Around a million people will receive comfortable housing in modern neighborhoods.
