In Tajikistan, the commander of the Central Military District (CVD), Colonel-General Alexander Lapin, hosted a reception of servicemen and their families on personal matters at the 201st Russian military base.

Colonel-General Alexander Lapin, as well as representatives of directorates, departments, services of the district headquarters, the command of the military base, the military prosecutor and a representative of the branch of the center of the residential complex, who participated in the reception, gave detailed answers to all questions of interest to people. They mainly concerned housing, money allowances, service and medical support for family members of military personnel. In addition, the commander of the Central Military District awarded the epidemiologist Anna Gurdina and the volunteer Lyubov Tupina for their work during the pandemic.

The commander of the district troops took personal control over the solution of the most pressing problems.

The 201st military base stationed in Tajikistan is Russia’s largest military facility outside its borders. Located in two cities – Dushanbe and Bokhtar. It includes motorized rifle, tank, artillery, reconnaissance units, air defense units, RCB protection and communications.
