The ships and support vessels of the Northern Fleet, which took part in the Main Naval Parade in St. Petersburg and Kronstadt, began to work out the tasks of combat training during the inter-fleet transition.

The crew of the large anti-submarine ship (BOD) “Vice-Admiral Kulakov” performed maneuvering and conducting artillery combat with a conditional surface enemy in the Baltic Sea. The combat crews of the ship’s universal caliber battery worked out firing at a sea target.

The BPK “Vice-Admiral Kulakov” follows in one tactical group together with the nuclear-powered submarine “Orel” and the rescue and tugboat “Altai”. The ships are preparing to sail in the narrows. Tomorrow they will begin the passage of the Baltic strait zone. In a few days they will be followed by the missile cruiser Marshal Ustinov and the nuclear submarine Vepr.

Three nuclear and one diesel-electric submarines, as well as three surface ships of the first rank, took part in the Main Naval Parade from the Northern Fleet.

The total number of weapons, military and special equipment (ships, vessels, airplanes and helicopters) involved in conducting and supporting the Main Naval Parade from the Northern Fleet was about 40 units.
