On Oleko Dundicha Street (ownership 31/35), the construction of a residential building has begun under the renovation program.

“Currently, work is underway to build a foundation pit and foundation slab. Commissioning is planned for 2023 “, – said the head

City Construction Department Rafik Zagrutdinov.

The six-section building with underground parking is designed for 349 apartments with a total area of over 19.8 thousand square meters. There are 72 one-room, 236 two-room and 41 three-room apartments with improved finishing. 11 apartments will be equipped for residents with limited mobility: the width of the corridors and doorways will be increased, and special plumbing will be installed.

The finished improved finishing in the new apartments will fully comply with the standards of the renovation program approved by the decree of the Moscow Government.

The facade of the building will be ventilated, faced with porcelain stoneware and clinker tiles. The loggias will be glazed, and air conditioning boxes will also be installed for each apartment.

A playground and sports grounds will be arranged near the house, benches will be installed, trees and shrubs will be planted.

The renovation program was approved in 2017. It is planned to resettle 5175 houses, about a million citizens will receive new housing. 513 sites were selected for the construction of modern houses. Social infrastructure is being created around the new buildings: schools, kindergartens, cultural centers and sports and recreation centers are being erected.
