The leadership of the GUFSIN of Russia in the Primorsky Territory continues to work on the development of the production sector of the penal system in cooperation with representatives of the legislative and executive authorities, the business community and the public.

This time, a working meeting took place between the head of the Main Directorate of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia for the Primorsky Territory Vadim Verstkin with the deputy head of Vladivostok Kirill Stotsenko, the director of the economic management of the city administration Pavel Bychkov and the head of the supply and maintenance department Igor Yudaev.

At the meeting, the issue of organizing new production facilities in correctional institutions of the Primorsky Territory was discussed.

During the meeting, Vadim Verstkin also spoke about the prospect of creating a section of a correctional center on the territory of Vladivostok for the employment of convicts to forced labor.

At the end of the event, the head of the regional penitentiary department presented gratitude to Kirill Stotsenko and Pavel Bychkov for long-term effective cooperation and support for the development of production in the institutions of the GUFSIN of Russia in the Primorsky Territory.

Cooperation of the administration of the penitentiary institutions of the region with representatives of state and commercial organizations makes it possible to develop the production sector of the penitentiary system, which contributes to the employment of more convicts. In turn, employment in production allows convicts to acquire professional skills and pay claims to victims, which contributes to their successful re-socialization after release.
