The convicts have mastered specialties that are in wide demand both in labor adaptation centers and in the regional labor market. All those who completed the training were awarded certificates and diplomas.

In the 2020-2021 academic year, more than 740 convicts were trained in vocational schools No. 317 and No. 318 of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia.

The recruitment was carried out according to the training programs for qualified workers in the following specialties: construction carpenter, electrician for car repair, plumber, machine operator of woodworking machines, bricklayer, electrician for repair and maintenance of electrical equipment, concrete worker, welder, cook, seamstress, shoemaker, etc.

In addition, 47 convicts completed their secondary vocational education program. They mastered the specialty of a master of general construction works, having passed a demonstration exam according to Worldskills Russia standards, at accredited sites in the workshops of correctional institutions of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). This modern type of final certification test provides for the simulation of real conditions for solving practical professional problems.

The professions obtained by convicts are among the most demanded in the labor market.

The convicts were awarded certificates of profession and diplomas of secondary vocational education.
