Incredible in terms of intensity was the struggle for victory in group accuracy of landing, which was led by two teams – the National Team of the Armed Forces, which included four CSKA athletes – Lieutenant Alexei Bykov, Warrant Officer Konstantin Kotov, Warrant Officer Mikhail Melnikov and Senior Lieutenant Dmitry Maksimov, as well as Azat Pasyaev (Airborne Forces) and representatives of the Airborne Forces.

According to the results of the main 8 rounds, the Airborne Forces team was in the lead with a total deviation of 49 centimeters. The total of the Russian Armed Forces team was 51 cm.

The semi-finals and finals did not reveal a winner. Both teams completed this stage with the same amount of deviation. The panel of judges appointed a jump-off. But here, too, both teams showed the same results. Despite the twilight, the teams had to rise to the sky again. The athletes of the two teams demonstrated incredible skill and again showed the same amount of deviation. The judges decided to determine the winner in terms of technical results. As a result, the national team of the Russian Armed Forces became the winner of the Russian Armed Forces championship in group accuracy of landing.

The third place was taken by the CSKA team, consisting of Warrant Officer Dmitry Yary, Warrant Officer Valery Huvenen, Warrant Officer Andrei Savin, Ivan Kochurov and Nikita Epifanov.

In a similar standings among women, the winners of the tournament in group accuracy of landing were the athletes of the Airborne Forces. The first CSKA team, which included captain Evgenia Furman, Maria Elkina, Ksenia Fominykh, Ksenia Trofimova and Elena Tusheva, won silver medals. And the second women’s team of the Central Sports Club of the Army, consisting of Elena Laktionova, Lyubov Ekshikeeva, Anastasia Denisova, Alena Ivanova and Anastasia Ivanova, took third place.

In the men’s individual event in terms of landing accuracy, the winner of the Russian Armed Forces championship was the multiple winner and medalist of the CISM and FAI world championships, European champion, world record holder Senior Lieutenant Dmitry Maksimov with a total deviation of 3 centimeters. The silver medal was also won by an army athlete – world champion, medalist of world championships among military personnel, silver medalist of the World War Games ensign Andrei Savin – 8 cm amount of deviation.

In the individual competition among women, there was no equal to the multiple world champion in parachuting, world record holder, absolute European champion Lyubov Ekshikeyeva.

Dmitry Maksimov became the winner in the total of biathlon according to the results of performance in individual acrobatics and personal accuracy of landing in men. The third line of the final protocol was taken by another soldier Mikhail Melnikov.

In a similar standings among women, Lyubov Ekshikeeva took second place. Ksenia Fominykh closed the top three. Olga Mastafanova won the double event.

In the women’s team championship, the first CSKA team (Furman, Elkina, Trofimova, Fominykh, Tusheva) became the best. The second were the representatives of the Airborne Forces. The third place was taken by the second team of CSKA (Laktionova, Ekshikeeva, Denisov, Ivanova, Ivanova).

In a similar standings among men, the first line of the final protocol was taken by the team of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. Here, the second were also the servicemen of the Airborne Forces. The top three were closed by the CSKA team (Yary, Huvenen, Savin, Kochurov, Epifanov).

In total, 125 strongest military athletes in 7 teams – CSKA, VDV, VKS, ZVO, YuVO, VVO, TsVO, DOSAAF took part in the parachuting championship of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in Samara. Among them, about 60 parachutists will compete for awards in their standings.
