The territories vacated after the demolition of houses were included in the address list of launch sites for the subsequent construction of residential buildings and wave relocation of residents under the renovation program” , – said Sergei Levkin.

In the Academic District, 4.3 thousand people living in 19 houses with an area of ​​69.9 thousand square meters will receive new housing. Two buildings at 16 Grimau Street and 2 Shvernik Street, Building 2 will be reconstructed and adapted for modern use.

In total, 520 houses are included in the renovation program in the South-West Administrative District of Moscow. The total area of ​​apartments in them is almost two million square meters. To organize the wave resettlement of residents in the district, 49 launch sites were selected.
