In the Republic of Dagestan, at the Adanak training ground, the marines of the Caspian Flotilla completed combat training tasks in tactical, fire training and driving combat vehicles.

In the field and in a difficult tactical situation, the servicemen organized anti-amphibious defense. At the same time, they performed exercises in driving combat vehicles and in firing standard small arms and armament of armored personnel carriers BTR-82A and BTR-70M.

The leaders at the training sites gradually complicated the fire training standards, reducing the time for the appearance of targets, as well as increasing the range to them and the speed of their movement.

Particular attention was paid to improving the skills of controlling an armored personnel carrier at night using night vision devices.

Drivers at the highest possible speeds learned to overcome various obstacles: a track bridge, a ditch, anti-tank hedgehogs, a passage between the pillars. They also trained in driving military vehicles in a convoy in the highlands.

In total, more than 300 military personnel took part in the exercises at the Adanak training ground, about 100 units of military and special equipment were involved.
