Military doctors of the mobile hospital of the Central Military District (CVD) use an integrated approach in treating patients with coronavirus infection in a mobile hospital deployed at the Lebed Rehabilitation Center in Chernogorsk (Republic of Khakassia).

Upon admission of patients with COVID-19, the severity of the disease is established based on the performed computed tomography, where the volume of lung tissue damage is determined and, if necessary, a repeated PCR study is prescribed, and then treatment. During therapy, to predict the development of the disease and timely prevent complications, resuscitators, infectious disease specialists, cardiologists and therapists of the mobile hospital monitor the dynamics of the vital parameters of patients: pulse, pressure, oxygen level in the blood, as well as the state of the liver and kidneys. In addition, military doctors, in the fight against the new coronavirus infection, use the entire range of drugs necessary for high-quality treatment of patients.

To date, more than 70 patients with moderate severity of the disease are being treated in the mobile hospital of the Central Military District.

As previously reported, the Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation, General of the Army Sergei Shoigu, at the request of the head of the Republic of Khakassia, decided to send a mobile hospital for 100 beds of one of the Central Military District formations from the Chelyabinsk Region to assist in the fight against the spread of the new coronavirus infection.
