Order dated July 31, 2021 No. 2127-r

8 billion rubles will be allocated for grants for small and medium-sized businesses and socially oriented non-profit organizations. This order was signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.

Entrepreneurs and NGOs who had to suspend their work due to new restrictive measures in the regions will be able to receive payments. The amount of compensation for every two weeks of downtime will be equal to half the minimum wage per employee. In case the restrictions are extended, it is possible to increase grants to one minimum wage.

“An application for a short-term gratuitous grant can be sent to the tax service through the taxpayer’s personal account. Last year, the FTS promptly ensured the transfer of funds to entrepreneurs. I am sure they will cope with this task now too, ”Mikhail Mishustin said at meeting with deputy prime ministers on August 2.

The adopted order will support business and NGOs against the background of anti-epidemic restrictions introduced in certain Russian regions.
