Anyone can vaccinate at a mobile vaccination station by appointment through the portal of public services or on a first-come, first-served basis. Before vaccination, military doctors conduct a general analysis of the health status of residents, check blood pressure, oxygen content in the blood and measure body temperature. In addition, during the conversation, medical specialists conduct a survey to identify contraindications to vaccination. After completing the necessary documentation, the patient is allowed to administer the vaccine.

During the operation of the mobile point in Abakan, military specialists received about 3 thousand people and more than 2 thousand delivered the first component of the vaccine.

The vaccination station was deployed at the request of the local administration in order to reduce the flow of visitors at fixed vaccination stations.
