On August 14, more than 70 cadets of the training battalion of the Center for Combat Use and Retraining of Flight Personnel of Naval Aviation of the Navy in the city of Yeisk (Krasnodar Territory) will take the Military Oath.
Over the course of three months, cadets will undergo training in accordance with the training plan for junior aviation specialists for naval aviation units in four military registration specialties related to the use of ground-based aircraft maintenance facilities and means of search and destruction of submarines. At the end of the training cycle, the appointed examination committee will assess in detail the level of knowledge and skills acquired by the cadets of a separate battalion, after which they will be sent to the naval aviation units of the Russian Navy fleets for further service.
The Center for Combat Use and Retraining of Flight Personnel of the Naval Aviation of the Navy is intended for theoretical training of military specialists in programs of additional professional education and practical retraining of specialists in naval aviation of the Navy, for testing promising models of weapons and military equipment of the Navy, for training junior military specialists, for organizing and providing training of national military personnel and technical personnel of foreign states.
At present, the Center for Combat Use and Retraining of Flight Personnel of Naval Aviation of the Navy is a military organization that carries out educational activities and includes 8 main and 22 support units.
